BEVERLY HILLS February 15, 2004 Las Mercedes Polo Club, located in Rancagua, Chile hosted the six South American teams in the 7th Zone B Playoff Tournament. In a very exciting and well played final game between Argentina and Chile, Chile was victorious with a final score of 13 to 7.
The tournament officially opened onFebruary 9, 2004, at the beautiful Las Mercedes Polo Club in Rancagua, Chile which is located approximately 150 km outside ofSantiago.The tournament is played at 10 14 goals and was played in two leagues of three to accommodate the six teams participating. Those countries playing in this exciting tournament includedArgentina,Chile,Colombia,Ecuador,Peru, andUruguay. All the teams played exceptionally well which made for very exciting and close games.
