Oct. 25th, '05: The 23rd Competition of the Junior Argentinean Open Results to date.
El Metejón defeated La Cañada 9-8 to secure their position in the finals. Ellerstina defeated Centauros 12 -11 on Oct. 19th. Facundo Pieres scored the final goal for Ellerstina which will take them into the final round where they will meet El Metejón.
Ellerstina will play El Metejón in the final of the Junior Argentinean Open.
Ellerstina: Facundo Pieres 9, Santiago Tanoira 4, Rodrigo Rueda (h) 5 y Guillermo Caset (h) 7. Total 25.
El Metejón: Hilario Ulloa 6, Salvador Ulloa 5, Francisco Irastorza 5 y Benjamín Araya (h) 5. Total 21.
Oct. 17th, '05: The Canadian Polo Association and the Argentinean Association of Polo (AAP) confirm their teams for the Test Match for the Carlos O. De La Serna Cup to be played on Oct. 20th at the Jockey Club in San Isidro.
The Argentinean Team includes Alejandro Muzzio 6, Ignacio Toccalino 6, Agustín Merlos 9 y Santiago Allaria 3 (total 24); with substitutes Cristian Laprida (h) 5, Facundo Castagnola 6, Juan Ignacio Merlos 9 y Agustín Molina 3.
The Canadian team includes Frederic Mannix, Jr. 7, Brandon Phillips 6, Steve Dalton 5 y Dave Offen 4, with a team handicap of 23 goals.
Oct. '05: The 23rd Competition of the Junior Argentinean Open will be played by 6 teams with players 21 years old or younger. The Junior Open team handicaps range from 15 to 25 goals. The Junior Argentinean Open is organized by the AAP (Argentinean Association of Polo). The tournament games will be played at the AAP Fields in Pilar.
El Metejon (21 goals) will debut in a match against La Cañada Las Liebres (19 goals) in the second match of the tournament on Oct. 18th at 4 PM.

Ellerstina (25 goals) will play Centauros (20 goals) on Oct. 19th at 11:30 AM.
