IX Ladies International Polo Tournament The IX International Ladies Tournament Hosted by Polo First in Argentina was held at Don Manuel Estancia located near Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Tournament ran from Nov. 4th – 10th. Six teams participated in the Tournament with players from the United States, Holland, United Kingdom, Canada and Argentina. Cristine's def. Camperas OWN 6-4 to capture the title of the IX Ladies International Polo Tournament for 2005. The Polo Zone-Kings Game won the Consolation finals against El Grafico, 4-2. Every year since 1996 Maria Chavanne has organized the Ladies International Polo Tournament, which gathers together the best women players in the country. It is considered a classic in Argentina, and the most competitive ladies' event that draws players from all over the World every year. The Polo Zone would like to thank Maria Chavanne for organizing this Tournament and allowing us to co-sponsor one of the Ladies Teams (The Polo Zone - Kings Game).
