Memorial Tournaments
To kick off the
San Diego Polo season, both Poway Polo and the San Diego Polo
Club hosted arena tournaments. Poway's
tournament was held on May 28th at the Poway Valley Rider's
Association Arena.
Both horses and riders were
challenged by the heat as the tournament progressed. Players
from Lakeside Polo Club, Huntington Beach and Poway participated
in a total of four games.
Poway's home team advantage
paid off with their win against Huntington Beach. Cary Burch,
Billy Sheldon and their teammate earned their trophies.

Diego Polo Club hosted their arena tournament on May 29th. Many players went home
with silver and stories to tell.
Player's from Poway Polo and
Huntington Beach gave SDPC's home teams a number of challenging
matches.
