In order to provide a forum that is useful and informative for all of our users, please take a moment to read our rules and policies before participating in the forums. By participating in our services you are agreeing to comply with PoloBARN's rules and policies. PoloBARN has the right to remove or relocate any content that is submitted/posted to our online services.

Staying safe

It is important to protect your identity online.PoloBARN recommends that you register or log in using a pen name or pseudonym (not your real name). However, you should not use the name of another living person.

You should never reveal personal details such as your address, telephone number, credit card numbers or passwords in public discussion areas.

You should never agree to phone, email or meet face to face someone that you have met through the message boards.

Messages that breach the Conditions of Use – Rules and Policies

PoloBARN reserves the right to remove offensive or inappropriate messages from any of it’s message boards. Determination of what is "offensive or inappropriate" is solely at the discretion of PoloBARN.com

Opinions and Contributions

Information posted on the message boards, forums and other PoloBARN Web pages represents the views and opinions of the person who posted the message. PoloBARN does not endorse the opinions and does not necessarily agree with the views of individuals who participate in these services.

Original Content

Information that you place on our site must be your own original content. You are responsible for assuming all responsibility for the content you contribute to the PoloBARN online services and that such content does not violate, plagiarize or infringe intellectual property rights of any third party. If you include non-original third-party content in your posting, you are responsible for obtaining all required grants of rights or permission and provide due credit. Messages posted on PoloBARN.com's Message Board are deleted after 12 months and are not archived.

Nature Of Content Posted

Please do not post any content or material that would be considered libelous, abusive, hateful, adult-oriented, offensive, harassing or unlawful. Do not post any statements or information that may be considered defamation of character to a third party or statements that could be considered as slander. PoloBARN has the right to delete or relocate any content that is submitted/posted to our online services.

All material published on PoloBARN's interactive services is at PoloBARN's sole discretion.

Your contribution may be removed or not published if PoloBARN considers it to be:

-defamatory, or otherwise unlawful or that it violates laws regarding harassment, discrimination, racial vilification, privacy or contempt;

- intentionally false or misleading;

- an infringement of intellectual property rights or copyright. See below for further information on copyright;

-abusive, offensive or obscene;

It is not always possible for PoloBARN to immediately delete any offensive content, due to the real-time nature of our forums. We make every reasonable effort to monitor all content posted to our online services, but we do not make any guarantees that the content meets your needs or requirements. Once messages are deleted they are removed from the PoloBARN.com servers and deletions are not archived.

If PoloBARN reasonably believes you have breached these Conditions of Use, PoloBARN reserves the right to restrict access to or terminate your account, with or without notice, and without any liability to you.
