Polo Vacations & Clinics

Estancias & Polo Vacations - Every year polo players travel to Argentina October through December to watch the best polo in the World. During this time you can see high-goal matches of the Argentina Open, Tortugas Open, Hurlingham Open and Jockey Club Open.

Argentina is truly a polo players paradise.  There are numerous polo ranches and estancias offering horses for sale, accommodations, lessons and clinics. Because the polo industry is so large in Argentina, selecting accommodations or an estancia for your polo vacation can be overwhelming.  You can select from a few of our sponsors and advertisers.

What Does It Cost? The prices range between $260 - $400 per day depending on which estancia you select and the dates of travel. The first two weeks in December are the most expensive since that is when the Argentine Open Tournament is played.

We suggest 7-day packages, but you can add or subtract days to meet your specific needs. Just check with each estancia for their prices, what their packages include and to make reservations.

What Does A Polo Vacation Normally Include?

  • Airport transfers from Ezeiza International Airport.
  • 3 - 4 meals per day
  • Accommodations
  • Stick & Ball daily
  • 4 practice chukkers daily
  • Tickets to corresponding Open Tournament.

Air transportation is NOT included in the polo vacation prices.

You will need to contact each Estancia or Clinic to see what their rates, terms, and availability is. PoloZONE is only giving you general information. We are not providing any of these travel services.

Editors Notes: I know all of the staff involved at Argentina Polo Vacations. Gustavo, Ernie and Santiago are all good, honest, hard-working people. I've been to Open Door and I love that part of Argentina. It is so close to Pilar and gives you a traditional Argentine experience. Many people from San Diego, Lakeside and Eldorado Polo Club have been on their polo vacations and have written some nice testimonials on their Web site. Good price, good location and good people.
