IGLEHART CUP KICKS OFF 2005 HIGH-GOAL SEASON

WELLINGTON, FL - The 2005 high-goal polo season at International Polo Club Palm Beach, the premier polo club in the United States, kicks off its second year with the 22-goal Iglehart Cup, which returns after a one-year hiatus. Click here to continue reading.

USPA News - As of 2005, the USPA will handicap some players twice a year. Beginning in 2005, players competing in clubs offering winter polo in the months of January to April will be evaluated in May, and if changes are made they will become effective June 1. All players, from all clubs, will then be evaluated in the usual manner in October, and those changes will be effective on January 1. For more information visit the USPA Web site.

"Megan Carter Towle, the granddaughter of William C. Carter Jr., a southern california polo player for over 40 years, was engaged to Dominic Joseph Judge on December 26th, 2004. Dominic and Megan have been dating since April, 2002 when he built her a polo arena (as a way to get a date) so she could start the Central Coast Polo Club in San Luis Obispo, CA. The pair are planning an August wedding."
