USPA News - As of 2005, the USPA will handicap some players twice a year. Beginning in 2005, players competing in clubs offering winter polo in the months of January to April will be evaluated in May, and if changes are made they will become effective June 1. All players, from all clubs, will then be evaluated in the usual manner in October, and those changes will be effective on January 1. For more information visit the USPA Web site.
